A Few Words About Us


Klaas Sybranda (L) and Chris Heberle (R) have been collaborating to design excellent business software since the early 1990's.

In 1999 we replaced license sales with subscriptions, combining use, upgrades and support into an annual 'concurrent use' fee reducing startup costs.

2009 we have dropped subscription in order to build a community of expertise to support the over 140 applications we have developed over nearly 20 years that make up the Intouch Ultima Suite.

Did You Know?

Intouch is an innovator in the POS, CRM and the payment processing industry.

In 1992 the partners demonstrated a graphical user interface and the Intouch Multi List on a touch screen running on Windows 3.1.

1993 Implemented Lantastic networking as a low impact network platform to build a peer to peer network and was in the vanguard for the use of fibre optic and wireless networks.

Pioneered sub second response integrated payment processing in the USA in mid 1990's and the use of PIN and signature pads.

Intouch has its own database replication technology, uses free Firebird open source databases and has developed its own secure data transmission protocol.

In 1998 Intouch WebPoint sold 30 million dollars worth of product in 30 days for one client in a pioneering internet sales campaign.
